You assist the managers in coaching, counselling, and mentoring their employees in cases such as career development or disciplinary actions.
You conduct thorough and objective investigations to mitigate legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.You analyse HR trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies for your client groups.To ensure internal talent development you identify training needs and provide input on workforce and succession planning.
Together with the recruitment team and the business leaders you develop the recruitment strategy and grow talent by identifying the employees’ development paths.
You proactively provide support in shaping the HR policy with your solid background in the social legal aspects of HR.
You report to and support the HR Director Europe in interactions with the unions (work council, negotiations) by staying up-to-date on changes in legislation, and advising on or driving assigned topics.
You closely collaborate with the entire HR team:
HR BusinessPartners, Payroll Manager, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and Learning & Development.Your skillsetYou possess a Master’s degree, preferably in Law.
You have at least 5 years of experience in HR generalist roles; experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
Social law holds no secrets for you.
Experience in the preparation of union topics or collective labour agreements is a bonus.
Mastery of both Dutch and English is essential.
You enjoy working in a changing environment and leading others through phases of change.
You are data-driven and eager to go the extra mile to achieve a goal.
You also use data to proactively collaborate with your business clients.
